1. Scope and Roles
This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, software products, SaaS services, applications, client portals, and support services we operate (collectively, the "Services"). The operator identified on the website is the relevant data controller or personal-information processor. For outsourced development where a client determines the purposes and means of processing and we act only on documented instructions, the client generally acts as controller and we act as its processor or entrusted service provider.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the Service, we may collect account and contact details; organization and role information; project inquiries, specifications, tickets, correspondence, and attachments; order, subscription, billing, payment-status, and refund records; IP address, browser, device, access, error, and audit logs; cookies used for sessions, preferences, security, and consented analytics; and data that a client provides for development, migration, testing, hosting, or support.
Do not provide another person's data without authority. Development and test environments should use masked, anonymized, or synthetic data whenever practical.
3. Sensitive Information
We do not intentionally request sensitive information unless it is necessary for a specific Service and lawful to process. Where required, we explain the need and impact, obtain separate consent or another valid legal basis, and apply enhanced access, encryption, retention, and deletion controls.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to manage accounts and security; respond to inquiries; prepare proposals and perform contracts; deliver and support software and products; process subscriptions, payments, invoices, and refunds; operate, monitor, troubleshoot, back up, secure, and improve the Services; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and send product or marketing communications where consent or another lawful basis applies. We do not use client project data to train models for other customers unless expressly agreed and lawfully authorized.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies support authentication, security, language preferences, and core functionality. Analytics or advertising cookies are enabled only where permitted and, when required, after consent. Browser controls may limit cookies, but some features may then stop working.
6. Processors, Sharing, and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may engage hosting, storage, CDN, messaging, customer-support, monitoring, analytics, payment, and professional-service providers. Contracts limit their use to the required purpose and impose confidentiality, security, and deletion obligations. We may also disclose information with consent, to perform a contract, comply with law or valid government process, protect rights and safety, or complete a corporate transaction subject to continued safeguards.
7. International Transfers
Where deployment, remote support, or a selected provider requires an international transfer, we assess necessity and use applicable safeguards such as contractual clauses, certification, security assessment, or separate consent. Project-specific hosting regions and remote-access restrictions are governed by the contract or data-processing agreement.
8. Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, contract administration, disputes, or security. Project data is returned, migrated, deleted, or anonymized as agreed, and backup copies expire through normal rotation. We use risk-appropriate safeguards including least-privilege access, authentication, encryption in transit, credential protection, environment separation, patching, backups, audit logs, staff confidentiality, and vendor controls. No internet service is completely secure; we will respond to and notify affected parties of incidents as required by law.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, copies, correction, completion, deletion, consent withdrawal, processing restriction or objection, account closure, portability where available, and an explanation of our processing. Submit requests through the Contact page. We may verify identity and will respond within the legally required period. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or processing required for contracts, law, or other valid grounds.
10. Children
Our business software and outsourcing services are not generally directed to children. If a specific product permits child users, we provide appropriate notices and obtain parental authorization where required. We will restrict or delete data collected without appropriate authorization.
11. Client Project Data
Clients are responsible for ensuring that project data is lawfully sourced and for providing required notices, obtaining permissions, and responding to individual rights. We process such data only under the contract and documented instructions, restrict project access, do not change the purpose independently, and notify the client of suspected unlawful instructions or security incidents.
12. Third Parties, Updates, and Contact
Third-party sites, SDKs, plugins, sign-in providers, and payment providers may apply their own privacy policies. We may update this Policy for business, technical, or legal changes and will provide prominent notice of material changes. Questions, complaints, and rights requests may be submitted using the operator's email address, telephone number, or form on this website's Contact page.
